The hotel was reasonably clean and had highly efficient and wonderfully friendly staff from the staff to the general manager. The room I booked was updated and very clean and available with a microwave and fridge. The facilities were good.

The room was a good size and had been updated with a mini fridge and microwave, which I thought was great. It was also in a convenient location near South Coast shopping mall. 🛍️

The hotel was recently renovated and comfy. The staff were amicable. The property was comfortably located. The breakfast had a wide range of options and included coffee, pastries, and fresh fruit.

The noisy extractor fans were quickly resolved. Basic breakfast with menu options at no extra cost. Convenient shuttle bus to Disneyland for less than $10 per person. Friendly staff, well-kept and quiet. Big TV, nice lobby water and dessert, free kids' breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Helpful front desk.

The Cleanliness of the hotel room was amazing. Appreciated that the room came with a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor with excellent menu options that cater to a broad range of tastes. The Pantry Pavillion was excellent to get items you had forgotten to pack or a good place to get some snacks for later. Pool and Spa were clean. Did not use pool as it was a little too cold. Spa was perfect temperature. Security patrols the parking lot, so that made me feel better about parking my car where I did when I did find a parking spot.

Room 526 - Bathroom door does not close properly. The door must be too big for the door frame because it would get stuck open with 2 inches of open space between the door and door frame. You had to really force it to open or partially close. Brought this up to management attention at check-out. Hopefully they take care of this before the next guest. Parking Fee $12. I knew that fee booking this hotel, however I expected to be able to find parking at night. This hotel shares the parking lot with 3 other hotels. So if you get to the hotel after Disneyland closes you are pretty much SOL. I stayed 2 nights and it was a major battle trying to find parking in the lot. Suggestion: Please hire a valet service if you are charging parking fees. I would pay more for parking if valet service was an option. Chief complaint was that many people were double parked or that there were big SUVS or Trucks that were parked in compact spaces (my car is considered compact). It left many parking spaces unused because I could not park into open spots and open my doors. I ended up having to park next to a garbage compactor the first night next to another hotel on the opposite end of the parking lot and then a steel storage container on the second night (a little closer to the hotel) even though the signs say not to park there. I had no choice but to park there. There was seriously not enough parking. For 4 hotels to share a parking lot, there should at least be a 2 level parking garage or at the very least valet parking. I love the hotel but the parking situation each night is enough to deter me from staying here again.

It was a little father from the theme park than I would have liked.

The staff was always available, the room was clean, and the check-out process was fast. Getting a receipt and the option to order delivery were convenient. The upgrade to two queen beds without extra charge was amazing. The hotel room was incredibly clean with a mini fridge and microwave. The restaurant on the ground floor had an excellent menu and the Pantry Pavilion was great for forgotten items and snacks. The pool and spa were clean, and security patrolled the parking lot.

Felt like home, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, Disneyland Park, California Adventure, and popular attractions in Hollywood and LA. The Garden Grove district is a great area to stay in. The room I stayed in was clean and recently renovated, with a bar and coffee available. The property offers a reasonably priced breakfast with weekly specials, such as omelets.

The location was marvellous in the Anaheim area. Besides, we were adjacent to shopping outlets and excellent malls and Disneyland Park and California Adventure and the convention center. Our room with microwave and fridge was large and updated.

Quick check-in, convenient location with nearby ice cream shop and shuttle to Disneyland. Used Uber for outlet visit. Great room with sunrise and sunset views. Clean, friendly staff. Disneyland and Downtown Disney close by. Good value. Buffet employees attentive and kind. Stores and restaurants nearby, clean, spacious room. Coffee in lobby and breakfast available. Nice pool and spa. Friendly employees.
