The Cleanliness of the hotel room was amazing. Appreciated that the room came with a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor with excellent menu options that cater to a broad range of tastes. The Pantry Pavillion was excellent to get items you had forgotten to pack or a good place to get some snacks for later. Pool and Spa were clean. Did not use pool as it was a little too cold. Spa was perfect temperature. Security patrols the parking lot, so that made me feel better about parking my car where I did when I did find a parking spot.
Room 526 - Bathroom door does not close properly. The door must be too big for the door frame because it would get stuck open with 2 inches of open space between the door and door frame. You had to really force it to open or partially close. Brought this up to management attention at check-out. Hopefully they take care of this before the next guest. Parking Fee $12. I knew that fee booking this hotel, however I expected to be able to find parking at night. This hotel shares the parking lot with 3 other hotels. So if you get to the hotel after Disneyland closes you are pretty much SOL. I stayed 2 nights and it was a major battle trying to find parking in the lot. Suggestion: Please hire a valet service if you are charging parking fees. I would pay more for parking if valet service was an option. Chief complaint was that many people were double parked or that there were big SUVS or Trucks that were parked in compact spaces (my car is considered compact). It left many parking spaces unused because I could not park into open spots and open my doors. I ended up having to park next to a garbage compactor the first night next to another hotel on the opposite end of the parking lot and then a steel storage container on the second night (a little closer to the hotel) even though the signs say not to park there. I had no choice but to park there. There was seriously not enough parking. For 4 hotels to share a parking lot, there should at least be a 2 level parking garage or at the very least valet parking. I love the hotel but the parking situation each night is enough to deter me from staying here again.
Loved the staff (front desk, housekeepers, waiters, bartenders, etc.!)
Good breakfast, central location for DisneyLand
Restroom, little small
Very clean, great staff.
It was a little father from the theme park than I would have liked.
Room was pretty clean and quiet. Staff were courteous and helpful.
They ignore non Americans at breakfast and take it for granted
very comfoet and cleanliness
TV had an issue with the picture
Good.atmosphere,nice place close to everything
elevator kinda small
Staff were very friendly
The fact it says under gym in booklet in room that theres an indoor pool.
Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Comfortable beds and pillows. We had a good view.
The restroom is outdated. The sink should be placed outside the restroom in the room. I was disappointed that I had to pay for my parking space since the night was pricey I was not looking forward to get charged extra for parking. In my opinion, for only one night it was pricey but I wanted o experience what I was getting for my money worth. I was hoping to get the parking waived but the receptionist didn't seemed to consider my disappointment.
Room didn't have enough privacy
Very less options in vegetarian menu
The parking was awful .... Unable to find a parking spot for 30 min and the had to park far away.
Friendly staff, great Disney location, clean and comfortable room
The hotel was clean and the beds were nice. The desk area and wi-fi worked well.
The entry to the room was cramped. There was no walking of standing room with more than one person
